Processing & Delivery Times
We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Important: During periods of high temperatures, we may temporarily delay shipping to prevent heat-related damage (e.g. melting). You will be informed in advance if this affects your order.
Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping on all orders
- EU countries: Flat rate of €4.99
- International: Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
Shipping Method
We primarily ship with DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or additional taxes may apply. These must be covered by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Delays
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Undeliverable Shipments
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, failure to collect the parcel, or absence of the recipient, it will automatically be returned to us.
In this case, we may deduct a €5 processing fee from any refund.
If you request a reshipment, a €10 flat shipping fee will apply.
Important Note on Warm Weather
Our chocolate is temperature-sensitive and may begin to melt at around 26 °C (79 °F).
If you’re ordering from a warmer region or during the summer months, please keep this in mind.
We reserve the right to temporarily delay shipping in case of heatwaves to protect product quality. You will be informed accordingly.
